The fact that Hopkins' fight with Kovalev is the best out there tells how just how bad this year has been. Specially with Hopkins' bad track record of boring fights.

This is one of those fights that's harder than what it appears on paper and years from now, a Cotto win won't get the kind of kudos/respect that it deserves. Sorta like Calzaghe-Brewer or Calzaghe-Sheika. Lee is a difficult matchup for Cotto style-wise: a naturally bigger, long southpaw boxer. He can't afford a letdown here but his confidence is sky-high and I don't think he will. Should it be on PPV? No. But I'll def watch this one.

I agree, this is how I view this one.

Everyone knows we're just buying time till the Canelo fight...he's fighting a much bigger southpaw who can really punch. People should have expected this...I thought it was gonna be Macklin.

And it 's not on PPV so I don't really have much of an issue w/ it.

The guy's had 2 hard fights against Trout and Mayweather since Pac slaughtered him. That was almost 5 years ago.

I like Andy Lee and he is a very decent pro.

But he is clearly not on the same level as Cotto.

Don't blame him for trying though.

so because zab hurt floyd a little and got beaten up for the last 8 rounds, , that qualifies him as a hard puncher, lol, carlos baldomir has no skills and he wiped his ****in azz with judah, lol, he walked through everything, lol, man, either zab has power or he doesnt, zab has fast hands but he has average power, lol, zabs career never amounted to much, he was basically a recycled fighter many times over that won many belts, lol, he never got that career defining win , just a sh11tload of undeserved chances, lol, zab is a ****in nice fighter, lol, he had skills but many times his hothead would get outta gameplan, lol, he basically underachieved, lol, zab had ****in heart and thats what ****ed him up, lol


i enjoyed seeing zab k.o spinks, zab was never a heavy hitter but he was ****in decent, not heavy, he was a o.k puncher, it was sad to see baldomir **** zab up, baldomir was taking those shots so ****in easy that zabs power was looking like sh11t, zab has ****in heart , lol, a little too much, lol
