Korobov displayed awesome skills and talent in his last fight? I must have watched something else. And what about all his very mediocre fights prior against crappy fighters, did you see those? I've at least seen Quillin have good performances. I've never seen Korobov have a great performance as a pro.

His amateur career hasn't translated well as a pro.

If you didn't see it then you're one strange character. When he lets his hands go, he's incredibly impressive, but his bad stamina limits the output. Quillin isn't impressive in any manner other than power. Rosado was borderline schooling him... Even in the N'dam fight, Quillin lost virtually every round he didn't get a KD in. His skills are poor and footwork is laughable. He's a true definition of "nothing but power".

Well I guess it will say a lot about Korobov's skills after he loses to a guy who is "nothing but power".

Quillin will stretch his Bob barker price is right role as long as he can he is good enough to beat the Korovobs and the Ndams of the world, but he himself has demonstrated a severe allergy to step up to the plate, and when you see a guy blatantly behaving that way there is a reason. The best want to fight the best, no buts no ifs.

Two fighters with **** stamina, but Korob is a better boxer and can punch.

Korobov hasn't translated well to the pros and has bad stamina. I think Quillin might beat him.

Korobov looked **** hot as an amateur, brilliant against Kovalev but as a pro he looks a totally different fighter.
I look at him and don't see any flashes of brilliance or a very high skill level at all.

He'd of probably been best suited to staying amateur.

Quillin definitely beats Korobov and GGG would knock Korobov's head off. I'm surprised nobody here believes in Quillin at all. He's slightly above average and has very good power. GGG is just slightly above Quillin, skills wise, it seems, with either equal to slightly better power. Kinda hard to judge how hard they really hit. Rosado said Peter hit harder but GGG had more snap and is better. Then again who knows if he was even telling the truth.

                    • Korobov will be quillin's toughest opponent to date. This is practically Korobov's last chance to make something out of his career in the division given he's 31, which is the same age as Quillin. Korobov will go for broke and pressure Quillin which is what Quillin has trouble with. Rosado pressured Quillin and gave him one heck of a fight but had Rosado had Korobov's power, he'd probably stop Quillin.
