      Wake Up: Noon

      Calisthenics:
      Stratch Ass (this takes about 20 min)
      Twist Man Boobs to get the wrinkles out

      Donuts
      eat 1, rest 1 min, eat 2...pyramid up to 10 and back down to 1

      Go to Bed: 8PM
