I have been on back order for that book for like 4 months, How is it?????

Roy Jones workout was posted on a site AGES ago, during the time of the Ruiz bout.

It had him doing a lot of basketball/swimming/calisthenics/yoga and thats really about it. But for some strange reason the site pulled the plug and took it down.

Doesn't Vargas rely on basically the same regimen as "Jarod" from Subway?
