Well if you read the article Duva says She's in favor of drug testing to be handled by the commission and said the other side (Golden Boy/Hopkins) haven't brought it up. So it appears this article is a complete waste of space (i.e there is no issue and never was an issue).

They should without question have drug testing

Advance drug testing , like usada , vada , and the ones that the olimpics conduct are needed in boxing . By this we know that boxers are clean and not cheating . This tests will show if a boxer is capable of doing what he does with out using drugs to make weights or for performing.

Drug testing should be demanded first by the boxer himself and paid by the promoters or the commission . This is the only way to know who is who , and the boxers should ask for it to make it clear . Floyd and ducknaire are great example of this ; they go trough advance drug testing for every fight .
