What's so unbias about stating something that actually happened? He wanted testing for the third fight and was denied. Now he's the fighter being accused of juicing when he was willing to do extra testing beforehand. He's never declined extra testing in his career. He sure as he'll didn't turn down the biggest fight in the history of the sport due to extra testing.
