Yeah, because Rigo is old as **** and is coming off a fight where he looked like **** with a bum ass knee. GTFOH with that bs.

That's fine that you don't want to believe the hype until you see it seeker but just remember we told you beforehand, Rigo is special. He may never reach stardom because of his style and age, but he is a special fighter and I say he gives anyone within his weight reach a boxing lesson on a bad day. He is legendary as an amateur and could have turned pro long ago, he is a better pure boxer than Floyd and that's saying alot, there aren't many master boxers like Floyd right now in the game.

And Cotto was a young force to be reckoned with, right? At 34 war torn to ****, with back to back losses and a tune up fight going into the Sergio fight.

Sounds like a spring chicken to me.

Going into that fight I said that it all depended on Sergio's knees and how they would hold up. If they didn't I knew Cotto would win. Is 39 better than 34 unless your Hopkins or Marquez? And again how in the hell are you going to compare Rigo to Martinez? There is no comparison. Rigo is at his absolute peak right now. Martinez looked like garbage in his fight before Cotto and was gifted a decision.

I didn't say Rigondeaux wasn't in his prime, I didn't say he isn't a talented boxer, I didn't say that LSC would beat him.

I said, this ain't the amateurs. And 14 PRO fights isn't a tell all.

              Its my opinion.

The article says Guillermo Rigondeaux challenged Leo SantaCruz to fight and Leo is scheduled to fight on September 13th, yet he doesnt have an opponent but says that he is willing to fight Rigondeaux tomorrow, why not schedule the fight for September 13th and get it over with already? I'm tired of hearing about this and other fights and fighters saying that they are willing to fight whoever and this and that yet fights never come to fruition even the ones they specifically say they will take.

Just make the fight happen already, prove that you're the best while at the same time giving the fans what we want.

Santa Cruz recently said that he needed 3 more fights before facing Rigondeaux, so I think we should consider ourselves lucky if this fight gets made right after Santa Cruz's September fight.

Rigo isn't the typical 14 fight pro.

To be honest, nobody is beating him at '22.

                    I don't see it.

                    126 might be different.

That's great but the article says that Santa Cruz just said that he's ready to face Rigondeaux tomorrow.
