How many of those did the public truly demanded? Go!

That is true, the numbers have been down this year. Even for non-PPVs...look how Golovkin bombed last week.

But I think it's because they aren't making good matchups that the fans want.

I didn't know that Tyson vs Holyfield happened in December. That's very revealing.

Just goes to show that this is a bull**** excuse, a PPV can make money in that month as long as the main event is an attractive fight.

My bad, just looked it up. It was November.

              • Roach said something about how tune up fights aren't necesary at this stage of Miguel's career. I agree. A fight with Rubio won't be easy by any means either. I'd rather see Cotto fight at 154.

Remind me not to trust you again.

But De La Hoya fought Pacquiao in December so the point still stands I think. There's nothing wrong with December for PPV.

If these idiots lowered PPV costs they would get more buys. The cost for PPV today is a robbery especially when Mr Arum could give a shlt about undercards.

I'm pretty sure 99% wouldn't of been able to remember the exact date either without looking it up.
