Yeah Floyd is more "elastic" or whatever you want to call it, but what about the difference in intelligence? I think even Floyd's sharpest detractors will acknowledge his seemingly higher intelligence than his opposition. Ring IQ at the very least.

It's funny you say Mayweather ducked Cotto, Margarito, and Pacquiao but the truth is all the fighters you named are Top Rank fighters and the man has said he wasn't doing business with Arum or Top Rank. He proved that when Cotto left Top Rank he got his shot at Mayweather, when Marquez left Top Rank he got his shot. So I don't think it's ducking the man simply does not want to do business with Arum if he doesn't have to.

Funny. that stuff with bob arum was after he came back from his first "retirement". Cotto at that time, 2007, was 31-0, just beat mosley and was the next best welterweight behind mayweather. Floyd is really not that strong. His strength is so overrated these days.

Think about this, relies on movement and skills more than any boxer. Maidana said Broner was strong because he was able to push him off etcc. Well Floyd will maneuver to get a guy off of him. As for punching power, Broner is a power punched, Floyd is a counterpuncher who uses precision and timing, he's not necessarily looking to KO a guy. Lastly, Floyd conserves energy as he's the best conditioned fighter in the game, so constant power punches, pushing etc, zaps your energy.
