Pacquiao vs Mayweather is a casuals fans because these two have been hyped so much through the media and word of mouth that you forget that these two are short men that only appear larger than life on tv. It's also popular to like these two and want to see them fight so the casuals and the masses just go along with popular opinion.
ward should move up - he said he would fight hopkins but wont fight kovalev or stevenson
ward vs golovkin is not as an exciting fight as ggg vs froch or chavez
there is little intrigue surrounding ward.

nah, this fight will happen when they are in the same division, provided ward doesn't just retire before then. golovkin will fight soliman next, then he'll try to get quillin and the winner of cotto-canelo in 2015, but if that doesn't happen then he'll face chavez jr or froch as his introduction to smw, and then the ward fight will happen. could happen as early as mid-late 2015 if cotto, canelo and quillin duck him.

Too bad the only titleholders who likely have balls in the MW division are Sam Soliman and maybe Cotto these are the only two I see giving GGG a fight.
Quillin... Doubt it even with GGG holding the WBC and IBF I still see Peter ducking it...
We need Korobov or Saunders to fight Quillin and beat him before we can see all the titles go to the one man.
