The guy who almost always throws a cheap shot when any of his opponents have tried to touch gloves is a good guy..? The guy who intentionally fouls and disrespects the rules of the sport is a good guy? The guy with an infatuation with guns is a good guy? His own trainer even said he was a low level street thug with a criminal history. Yet he is the good guy? Mauweather has a domestic dispute with his children's mother and a lot of you guys start casting him as being worse than Hitler. Part of this guys image is to be a gun toting scum bag that is willing to pull every cheap dirty move in the book to gain an advantage, yet he is the good guy..? The double standards are astounding around

Cheap shot? So what mayweather did to ortiz wasn't cheap? Intentionally fouls? But when mayweather does it its "veteran tactics". "domestic dispute", I guess you would call the ray rice and his wife stuff domestic dispute as well right? Your double standards are worse.

Maidana's a great guy, the fact that he love guns and fights rough just makes him more likeable. It'd be different if he were often beating up girls or forcing opponents to wear particular boxing equipment (say, gloves).

its been pretty slow around here...i applaud your attempt to get a debate going....i don't know whether chino is a great guy or not,or whether he used to be a thug, and turned his life around.i do know that mayweather has attributes i dislike in a human being, but i do think he has a lot of talent,is entertaining,in a negative and positive way, and knows how to sell fights...he needs to improve his public image and to show genuine change before i'm sold on him as a "good" human being.

hahahaha i feel you on that one. Either way was a ***** move cuz ortiz had his hands completely down. Ortiz barely took a step back after that "hug" when mayweather ko'd him. did ortiz deserve it? yes. Is mayweather a bi**tch for doing it? yea.
