Stiverne fought Arreola 2x. He wasn't that proven but I doubt either of these would be favored, at least before he got ktfoed

Is Arreola better than Jennings or Perez though? Is he more proven than them? Because he had four big fights and lost four straight big fights. Jennings has Perez and Perez has Mago. They actually won at least one reasonably big fight. I like Arreola but why should he be a better win than what Perez or Jennings have? I don't think he should. Just my opinion.
