Of course. Cotto is the lineal MW champion, Golovkin is the generally considered best MW and his main threat. When the champ doesn't fight his main threat, that's a duck.

Cotto is on the tail end of his career. Right now a fight between him and Canelo is much more lucrative than a fight with GGG. Now if fighting GGG was more lucrative than fighting Canelo or Chavez Jr and Cotto chose one of them instead, I would call it a duck. Cotto is not one to duck. I think his resume speaks for itself.

That's the problem right their with fighters of today. People think this is normal way for a fighter to act. You win a belt defended it against the best in the division,I don't want to hear this crap about it's the end of his career or Iam the "A" side I can do what I want BS.
