I agree with this, i've talked about this on the show, if GGG gets a shot at Cotto for that MW belt, GGG will emerge the star us fans have long dreamed of, he is all wrong for Cotto, all wrong. Cotto would be brutally stopped like when Margarito walked through him and put him down.

Cotto is my favorite fighter behind Manny. The guy has fought every guy the so called best ever has ducked through the years. Seriously though, if you're comparing pound for pound power maybe Cotto hangs but strictly at middleweight against those big guys, no way Cotto has more pop then Stevens.

Cotto didn't beat Martinez because he had a bad knee or was old, Cotto was and always has been the better fighter of the two and Martinez isn't a huge MW. Cotto would lose to Golovkin not only because he is way too big, but the difference in skill level isn't as wide between Cotto/GGG as it was Cotto/Martinez.

Quillon is crap and I have no idea what the point is of even mentioning him. I'm sure they want Golovkin to give him a good beating, but about the only thing Quillon can do better than Cotto would be take a punch from GGG and that's about it. Cotto is a better fighter than Quillon but simply being bigger would possibly make Quillon look better against GGG than Cotto.

Nonsense. Cotto wouldn't have beaten a healthy younger Martinez when he loses to Austin Trout. It's just not happening. Martinez was better than Trout in every department.
