Maidana has been dropped numerous times by Ortiz, who barely landed any clean shots on Mayweather was hurt by Khan and in several other fights

Only time Mayweather was visibly shook was by Mosley and he shook it off. His legs were actually unsteady...he took clean hard shots from Judah and Corely without being badly hurt.

Also ODLH, Mosley, Cotto, Canelo are/were bigger harder punchers than Maidana.

Maidana is physically strong, doesnt have one punch kayo power but is heavy handed. His awkward delivery and technique catches guys with shots they dont see coming adds to his power

Maidana is by far a harder puncher then Cotto, and has more of a chance landing a shot on Floyd then Canelo does, so the power compassion between Canelo and Maidana isn't applicable. When Floyd beat Oscar, and Mosley they were old men.

Maidana is not the same fighter he was when he fought Khan. You need to step up your boxing I.Q. Maidana has a very awkward style. He is a lot smarter then people make him out to be, and the fight was 7-5 Maidana, but I could see it going to Floyd.

Who would you have rather been in the fight? I would have rather been Chino. Anyway you slice it, this is a tough as s fight for Floyd, and I give him a whole lot of props for it.

I got Maidana dropping Floyd once or twice and winning a U.D.

    War Chino.

The last thing a fighter loses is power.....Age has nothing to do with who hits harder

You got Maidana and you got it wrong.

Mayweather can adjust, Maidana cant....I think you HOPE Chino wins....I truelly BELIEVE mayweather will....there is a difference

How in the hell is he gonna drop Floyd twice when he didnt even hurt him in the first fight...Floyd hurt him a few times

Plus Mayweather already knows what to expect....I know you dont think Mayweather will have his back against the ropes the first few rounds like the first fight.

Step up my boxing I.Q. thats a laugh...only kayos or stoppages Maidana has at 147 are against unranked guys.....Cotto, Mosley, and ODLH have ko's and stoppages over ranked guys at 147 and 154

Do you think Broner would see the final bell against those guys at 147? I doubt it

Floyd isn't going to KO Maidana I highly doubt he tries to.

The only thing Floyd Mayweather KO's is chicks.

Except for Ronda of course. She'd beat his lil ass and break his arms. So would Anne Wolfe. Give him a little payback.

This will be the circumstance that Maidana can KO Floyd.

You are an imbecile if you think this shot doesnt hurt Floyd badly or that it's impossible for Maidana to replicate it.

Maidana surely has a chance to land the shot that does it. The first fight showed it. Garcia being one of the best game planners in the game with Maidana who fully trusts and listens to him, I'm not sure how people believe Maidana can't adjust. Maidana does what Garcia says. Maidana will make the slight adjustments. Will it work, we shall find out.

When was the last time Floyd legitimately KOd anyone? He should just claim to look for a decision and say he'll outbox Maidana the entire fight.

Their fight bout was won by Mayweather with a twelve round majority decision.

Regardless of the KO, he will win easier this time then the last. He is right. Maidana cannot get any better. The guys wins 11 -12 rounds most of his fights so when he loses 3 or 4, people say he lost the fight. Score his fights just like you score every other fight that Mayweather is not apart of. It was a clear victory. When he boxes, then the fight is boring, when he slugs and fights toe to toe and wins 8-4 or 9-3, people say he lost the entire fight. The haters will continue to find a way to ridicule him so I just say box and win. Keep shutting them out.

Mayweather is a coward. Ducked margarito and fought judah instead. Ducked margarito a second time and turned down the 8 mill and fought baldomir instead for 8 mill. Not cuz of de la hoya. He still couldve fought margarito and then de la hoya. nope he ducked margarito a 3rd time and fought de la hoya at a higher weight class for more money. Ducked P williams at 147 and chose to fight 140 lb champ ricky hatton at 147 lbs limit. Called out, signed contract fight to fight winky wright, pulled out of the fight and ducked him to fight sharmba mitchell (the same mitchell that knocked his uncle out).
"In 2007-08, Cotto was the next best welterweight in the world behind Mayweather. A thrilling fighter during his 140lbs title run, he had moved up in weight and easily disposed of Quintana, smashed the over-matched Urkal, stopped Judah and then beaten a resurgent Mosley in an excellent bout. He was by any definition the most deserving fighter to face Mayweather and, with the rabid Puerto Rican fans behind him, he was a legitimate superstar who brought serious financial clout as well. There was no reason for the bout not to be made. But Mayweather instead signed for a pointless rematch with De La Hoya.

Seemingly this wasn't the end of the world for the bout. After all, Mayweather would surely beat De La Hoya and Cotto only had to get through Alfonso Gomez (which he did with ease) and then the two would match up. It was obvious. Then Mayweather "retired" instead of taking the second De La Hoya bout."

The question is at this age, can he go to another level or is he more likely to go down a level
hhmmm. You think they would both use mx gloves? oh wait mayweather "cares" about his health. Even though hes used them before and cotto used them in their fight.
