    Fury knocks David Haye out.

    *edit*

I'm pretty sure that Haye said in a recent interview he'd never fight Fury because I quote "I don't want to give him a payday"

What of reports that he may fight the winner of Fury versus Chisora, who meet next month? "Not interested. I've beaten Chisora already and I'd take more satisfaction in knowing I'll deprive Fury of a £5m payday than if I knocked him out, which I would."
The boxer admits to Ian Stafford that he has messed up but he's now reined in the alter ego (and become a vegan) in an effort to make amends and become world heavyweight champion again

If you go to 7 minutes, Haye says he can fight right now, and this interview was more than a month ago

I think there's a big difference between fighting once a year by choice, and haven't fought in years, partly because of injury.

Yeah his injury was serious but modern medicine has put worse back.

Again, Vitali Klitschko, torn rotator cuff, another career threatening inury, BOOM, went on to become one of the most dominant HW champs the world has ever seen!

As for riding ****s.. I appraise fighters on their merits, if Klitschko's happen to be that good, I would call a spade a spade. I think pretty Davey boy has some skills too, but I wouldn't make excuses for him!

Clearly you have a vested interest in defending the guy else you wouldn't have protested!
Is Muhammad Ali my fanboy? Never knew that, I'd like to meet the guy!

Dude, you obviously don't know what you're talking about. And I'll bet you anything in the world that neither Vitali or Ali took the any top fight on 5 days notice, without having been in training and just coming off a potential career ending injury. Suggesting Haye should jump in is completely idiotic. Even for your standards.

And Haye hasn't been sparring? He's been doing fking fitness. This debate is silly. Also, reconstructive surgery is more worse than a torn rotator cuff - which many boxers has suffered from, naturally.

I'm not making excuses for Haye? I'm saying things as they are. What you're doing is idiotic saying someone should take a fight on 5 days notice without training.

Yet in the above interview I posted, which is from more than a month ago, Haye says he can fight right now. Words from the man himself.

          Who is silly now?

Question is who'd be daft enough to pay for a Haye PPV again???

I'm pretty sure he said he feels like he could fight right now, but obviously wanted to make sure he was 100% before stepping into a fight.

Now, do you think a 2 week holiday in jamaica has helped on his shape?

Anyways, we know your agenda. You know this fight would never happen in a million years on 5 days notice.

Good thing it wouldn't be on PPV then, isn't it?

No I don't imagine that Haye, Ali, Klitschko or any top fighter would take a top level fight on 5 days notice coming off major surgery and after 2 years.

                  You got me there...

But then again... Haye DID state Fury was a bum who he'd beat up easily AND that he was fighting fit barely a month ago! I recall myself him "speculating" on a big fight sometime soon not all that long ago myself!

Point being, if he can talk the talk...

As much as Haye talks shyt, and he does a lot as we all know, he works hard behind the scenes. He would know not to take a Fury fight on 5 days notice. If he really thought Fury was just some bum he'd squash in a round he never would have brought in guys like Wilder, Wach, Dimitrenko and Towers (even though he's shyt) for sparring.

But it is what it is.
