I would say level of competition is about the same..

Both won vacant belts and hasn't fought another champ
Both have beaten older names and B level contenders

The only difference is that ggg has won in a more dominant fashion

If ggg beats geale in dominant fashion, I would have him ahead of quillen..

People say triangle theories are worthless but they'll use them at their disposal when it favors their boxer. Either way, neither of these two have had decent opposition as of yet. Both had Rosado move up. Both got a good win in Macklin and NDam and outside of that, they're neck and neck in regards of their resume.

Ones loved, the other not for whatever reason but, oh well.

yeah there's not a great deal in it in truth, but the OP is being disingenuous.

Golovkin clearly wants to fight the best in the division, whereas Quillin (or Haymon) finds ways not to take on other top MW fighters.

I hope Korobov v Quillin gets made (at the minimum purse bid).

Lol, only better person is n'dam.... Who here knows his connection to golovkin?
And Guerrero...... I'm actually surprised now that it took quillin that long to ko him. Just wish quillin took those golovkin fight offers, but let him enjoy his time in the sun before he's shut out of it
