What do you think Tyson Fury's gameplan will be?

    Simply to not get killed.............

I mean, what has Fury EVER done to indicate that he would give Wlad any problems? He's got no speed, no footwork, and marginal power for a man his size.
I'm interested to know which Fury fights you've seen. If it's just the Cunningham fight, then I urge you to check out his later fights where he displays all those things you claim he lacks: footwork, speed, fluid combination punching. Much more than just rudimentary skills.

The fighter you describe sounds more like Mariusz Wach, minus the marginal power.

Fury's going to beat Klitschko from the Southpaw stance.

He'll switch back to orthodox if he senses a knockout coming though.

Chisora and Cunningham are decent. Chisora would have been seen as a pretty good name on Wlad's resume, especially at the time Fury fought him in the rematch. The fact Fury abused him so easily without even breaking out of second gear should have been a pretty big wakeup call that this guy is the goods. Instead, Chisora gets criticised and relegated to bum status. It's unfair.

Look at it this way. If Wlad had beaten Fury's last two opponents the way Fury actually beat them people would be praising him a lot more, regardless of the level of opponent. It'd be hard not to, considering some of the skills displayed.

Fury might still be a bit of an unknown quantity but at some point people just need to wise up that he's maybe a hell of a lot better than they first thought.

            Fanboy?

Why would anyone say they wouldn't reach world champion status for 10 years?

Would Joshua ever like Wlad? Of course not. He knows Wlad never was and never will be a PPV fighter and stinks the joint out every time he fights. Other than a few fans on NSB, nobody will care if he retires.

There won't be a Muhammad Ali esque celebration of his career because there has been no highs, just a good solid average "couple of claps, eat shrimp salad, go home's". You've never seen an amazing performance from Wlad, never been amazed, never any excitement. Just the same old boring Wlad.

Except for the Peter fight. Other than that, he has had a pretty boring career.

So why did he rank Lennox as one of the best heavyweights ever and Wlad #8?

                  Head 2 head.

He basically said Wlad fights scared + hasn't beaten as good fighters as Lennox beats.

                  Both facts.

The legends of the sport transcend ring action - Vlad does too. He's an outstanding role model to kids (unlike certain other 'champs'), he engages in charity, humanities, political debate, societal issues, etc. A true ambassador to the gentleman's sport and simply one of the brightest stars the HW division has ever witnessed.

We don't agree much when talking about heavyweights, but, yup, this is true.
