That says more about the sport of boxing in the UK than it does about Fury sadly.

Though Tyson's comments won't have helped.

I don't see Fury losing for a long time.

Wlad. loses the rematch. Though he might be the most likely guy out there to beat him.

          Bumsquad? Give me a break.

Joshua is talented, though his stock fell in his last fight. His finishing uppercut was beautiful though. Don't see him being on Fury's level, however.

Fury has the potential to be champ for quite a while.

Certainly more important than winning the Davis Cup (a team event) or triple jumping over a sandpit.

Yes i believe the BBC would never have let Tyson Fury win SPOTY. He terrifies them.
Firstly, if he had unified the division he'd be in a much better position.
Also, not that he wouldn't beat Wilder but that's an issue here too.

Ruling any sportsperson who plays in is team is childish. He also finished above the triple jumper so that's a slightly odd comment.

I think that's a naive view to have. He created his own problems anyway so was never going to win. Personally I didn't want him removed from the running but I wouldn't have had an issue had they.

Was Fury the troll vote to upset all the phags ? I would have voted him on that basis alone. Dude is a halfwit though.

Maybe now he is heavyweight champ he will tone it down a bit, it is not as thing he needs to sell a product anymore, it sells itself now. His performances are still somewhat lacking and I can see him gathering the same criticisms as Klitschko did over his decade long dominion. My guess is Fury will aim for as many ppv events in a short period of time and call it a do. No way do I see him having as lengthily a career as Klitschko.

I'd love to see Fury vs Ortiz. No clue who'd win, I can see it going both ways.

                  Both BIG light footed giants.

I personally think Ortiz is the best in the division, the way he almost took out Jennings the first round was crazy.
Sure, he's on PEDS.. but so are most boxers.

he probably will tone it down, but why should he? i dont really understand why you have to be a rolemodel in sport or some politically correct sheep, mike tyson surely wasnt and he was a exciting personality, all these boxing pressers and interviews i can go to sleep with boredom, people like you want the sport that way, you must be 70 years old.

in all seriousness why does it matter how long of a career he has, he doesnt need to box for 2000 years, he will never, NEVER top his wlad win, he won as a big underdog and dominated him, hes proved his point that he is world level against all the hate, he is basically boxing for fun now.

i dont really know why people backed jennings in that fight hes too small and doesnt have HW power in my opinion, i personally won money on saunders and oritz that night.

ortiz has some slick moves, power and footwork, i dont think his defense is the best in the division, there was moments the pressure fighting was getting to him a little but jennings has no power, it would be interesting to see how he copes against a giant using the jab to control him, fury has called ortiz a dangerous fight some time ago before the boxing world took notice after his recent wins.

When I rewatched the fight I also noted Fury could never really hurt Wlad, this was all the more frustrating knowing Klitschko stood off as much as he did.

I would be disappointed if Klitschko did not open up and win by ko in the rematch.
Ridiculous post. Vlad got clocked with hooks and his knees went while his arms straightened...thats not hurting someone?

Some of the Vlad diehards are sort of working back up to the azz-umptions they held before the fight...and Vlad did not let his hands go. he caught Fury with a shot that was slo moed...once and Fury laughed at him.
