The one time Klitschko stepped out of his usual tactic was the end of the 12th, Fury was losing control, if that round lasted another 3-4 minutes things would of been ugly IMHO.

Fury is good, yes. But I don't think he's magical or anything, just his style was Kryptonite if Wlad was superman! I think someone who is just as big as him (Wilder) with insane knockout power will be tough for Fury.

I don't doubt Fury in this fight with Wilder, it's close. I won't be surprised if Fury wins UD, but Wilder is very aggressive.. he's going to apply lots of pressure and his inside fighting skills are notoriously underrated.

Talk to me when Wilder can move in the ring enough not to depend on a stationary target, or when he can apply pressure unrelenting...like Mike Tyson did for example.... Or when he can hit hard with both hands.

Wilder wouldn't make it past Povatkin right now because his right hand can be avoided. Thats a real problem for Wilder. Not so much against guys like Stiverne who stand there...but for guys who can move in such a way as to avoid wilder's right hand.

It can only take 1 right hand from Wilder and Fury could drop.. a whole 12 rounds, where Wilder is the aggressor will be hard to avoid

      • Who remembers CutMan. God that guy was a bellend. I wish he was still here, he'd never hear the end of this.

Fury can avoid his punches all day, and would have a field day inside. Sure, Wilder may catch him and drop him, but he would essentially be awaking a savage monster and it would be his death sentence.

Hmm, that's what Cunningham did and Tyson played quite dirty to win against the much smaller man. Wilder ain't small lol

Shannon "The Cannon" Briggs troll Tyson Fury or another Masterpiece from Briggs!

Fury wants no part of "The Cannon" Briggs!

              All signs of duckness!

Yoz has made a complete fool out of himself. I'll be posting some more comedy from him tonight after work.

I think that is unfair and way off the mark. I'll be backing Wlad to win a rematch and show the true depth of his character , you don't achieve what he has without being exactly that.

I'm not sure what I have said exactly and which part you're referencing or referring too, I'm gutted, absolutely devastated. I just saw no urgency when oh required most, you can't leave until 12th round like Haye did and try say well yknow he just fell short, the corner acted like they knew they were down and he just didn't respond.

He fought a good fight but Fury was better, just not much in it but still not enough, for me if Wlad knocks Fury out he can go down as the very best. I think he can I'm just not certain he can change this late.

Of most Klitschko fans I thought myself and you would be of the same view points for the most part, obviously you disagree with how I view Wlad in the aftermath. Do I still believe he has been a great champ, absolutely yes. A better champ ? That remains to be seen, one victory as close as it was does not establish Fury a better champion already. He had achieved nothing by comparison, yet.
