Champs dinner: BBQ chicken legs (soaked in brown sugar, salt, garlic and thyme brine for 6 hours), corn-asparagus mix with herbed butter and oven roasted baby blue sweet potatoes.
Champs lunch: BBQ chicken Quinoa salad - quinoa with shredded BBQ chicken, diced bell pepper, diced tomato, tangerine sections, diced red onion, sauced with mix of BBQ sauce diluted with citrus juice all topped with fresh avocado.
Champs dinner: Pesto-Primavera risotto with grilled prawns. Risotto, pesto, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms and asparagus.
Champs dinner: grilled filet mignon with a balsamic orange sauce with goat cheese, basmati rice with toasted almonds and basil and braised Brussel sprouts in herbed butter
