    Champs Dinner: roasted vegetable meatloaf with balsamic glaze. Ground Beef & veal red and yellow bell pepper, zucchini, garlic paste, panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, fresh thyme, fresh Italian parsley. Served with boiled potatoes and extra balsamic glaze sauce.


    Champs breakfast part 1: Yogurt-fruit tower. Layers or flavored yogurt, blue berries, cornflakes, tangerine and raspberries. Easy fast breakfast food.


    Champs breakfast 2: potato pancakes with apple sauce, sour cream and topped with 2 "up" eggs. Usually top with chives but didn't have any.


    Champs lunch: home made borscht and duel pasta. One with pesto, zucchini, tomato, red onion. Other sundried tomato pesto, asparagus, broccoli Both with grilled chicken.

        Champs lunch: Baby spinach salad with strawberries, red g****s, red onion, toasted walnuts and feta cheese tossed in honey balsamic dressing with med rare grilled rack of lamb.


        Champs lunch. Grilled wild salmon over a bed of pesto basmati rice with grilled zucchini, grilled bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese.

          Champs Breakfast: very large omelette with tomato, bell pepper, mushrooms and basil with avocado, cheddar cheese and a touch of sundried tomato pesto.


          Champs lunch. Simple spaghettini ala checca (olive oil, Tom, garlic, basil) with grilled rack of lamb and sautéed basil.


          Champs lunch: grilled salmon on a bed of basmati rice with toasted almond and feta cheese topped with fresh mango salsa and avocado.


          Champs dinner: grilled filet mignon topped with pesto and feta cheese over sautéed mixed veggies and corn with quinoa.

                Champs lunch: off day today. Light lunch of pasta with assorted sautéed vegetables, tomato and basil topped with grilled wild salmon.


                Champs treat: homemade cheese cake with fresh berries. My grandmother would be proud and my wife and kids very jealous. 👍


                Champs lunch: grilled salmon filet on quinoa salad of tangerine sections, tomato, cucumber, diced pineapple, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, fresh cilantro and feta cheese with citrus juices.

                      Champs dinner: BBQ chicken legs (soaked in brown sugar, salt, garlic and thyme brine for 6 hours), corn-asparagus mix with herbed butter and oven roasted baby blue sweet potatoes.


                      Champs lunch: BBQ chicken Quinoa salad - quinoa with shredded BBQ chicken, diced bell pepper, diced tomato, tangerine sections, diced red onion, sauced with mix of BBQ sauce diluted with citrus juice all topped with fresh avocado.


                      Champs dinner: Pesto-Primavera risotto with grilled prawns. Risotto, pesto, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms and asparagus.


                      Champs dinner: grilled filet mignon with a balsamic orange sauce with goat cheese, basmati rice with toasted almonds and basil and braised Brussel sprouts in herbed butter
