Obviously he's going to promote his own opponent. Like as if he is gonna claim that his opponent is weak and demote his own win!
Klitschko has always done so anyway.
What about when he pumped up one of his worst championship fights (Leapai) as being comparable to Rocky Balboa or another one (Mormeck) as being just like Mike Tyson???
In light of that stuff I'd say this point is null and void.
