Though he would be the last person to admit it, Fury knows he is in the fight of his life, if the Wilder fight was to come along or the Povetkin fight for the same money he is earning versus Klitschko you could guarantee Fury would duck Klitschko immediately.

I'm not holding my breath Fury comes to win by KO, I expect he will fight on the back foot utilising his bicycle, as Haye did.

This could very well be an exceptionally ugly fight should Fury attempt to stay inside excessive clinching on both sides, grappling etc, Fury is known for this as much as Wlad is.

The outcome is all the same regardless, the court jester is going home with a broken heart, just like his fans who have been extremely amusing in this thread for well close to if not more than six months now.

EDIT: my bad, this thread has been running since July last year, 16 months, WOW !!
        this thread is epic!

Personally I do not recall a fight where his opponent was on his back gasping for air !

You're funny, I'm laughing at you.
When is the last time Wlad didn't clinch the whole fight and still got a KO?

              • This is a helluva long buildup.

Feels like I'm waiting for Pacquiao - Mayweather all over again.

Except this will be a barn burner, phonebooth type war, FOTD type stuff, ESPN Classics ish, a real gem.

Fury will take Wlad to deep waters and drown him brutally.

                  • It's unfortunate Fury said he'll retire if he loses, I would of loved to see him verse Wilder.

what a pathetic run that'd be if Fury quits after this

                      He don't really care.

That's what all Klitshchko opponents are really up against. They all wanna fight the champ for the big pay day they can basically retire on...

And from there, they understand they can never be the number one with
Wlad around and so anything they accomplish will always be in that shadow and therefore not worthy of the effort compared to a life of relative comfort.

I agree it would be pathetic.

The reality is Fury will likely be one of the guys who can't make the distance.
