I don't think it is acne just he has a lot of moles.

Bacne is in your early 20s is normal he has cystic acne so he has a hormone imbalance it suggests so I will give him the benefit of the doubt here since he is young but yea that type of body acne is suspect it looks like JMMs at 42 years old when never having acne in your life that signifies you are tampering with your hormones and causing an imbalance chemically.
