• Duck Joe Frazier
• Accuse Frazier of being on PEDs
• Only then fight Frazier when Frazier is at the end of his career
• Ask George Foreman to use extra safe Durex++ strength boxing gloves otherwise no fight
• Retire before the rematch with Ken Norton can be made claiming he needs a break

With all of these accolades into his career could Ali THEN be regarded as TBE?
