You seemed to have missed the point. When everything is set in place, all of the Haymon guys are shipping on out to Mayweather Promotions. So there goes that theory.

    Good post sicko, I agree.

And lastly, Golden Boy does Co-promotion with TMT Promotions. It's not all Golden Boy. There's a reason why TMT is plastered all over the ropes and in the ring in all of his fights. There's a reason J'Leon Love is usually in the opening bout.
      1. Pac refused to bow down to Frauds demands, that's all.

      3. Why did Fraud and TMT run back to Golden Boy? The majority is Golden Boy.

Think about this, say Mayweather Promotions gets their license to promote with Haymon and Sheafer, then what? They're not going to do business with GBP and Top Rank. A lot of their own fighters are going to have to fight each other. And then there's also who's going to stay with MP\Haymon and who's going to stay with Golden Boy. You think someone like Maidana or any other 147-160 lber will want Mayweather as their boss? The hispanic fighters will more than likely stay loyal to GBP. You think a card with mainly black fighters is going to sell?

Sure some of them are co promoted by Golden Boy, but a few of them were Mayweather Promotions only cards.

You want to go off topic talking about how he spends his money yet get upset when I bring up how other athletes clamor for his wealth?

no, i said explicitly that floyd's company doesn't promote floyd's fights, and they don't. floyd's major ppvs [his fights] are promoted by goldenboy promotions. floyd gets a check from goldenboy. where is their capital / investment going to come from?

how flouyd spends his money is important. he want to be a businessman, and hold the shares in his company.

Yet Golden Boy's president ODLH begging Floyd to come back to him when Schaefer left. Floyd gets close to $80 million a fight, Golden Boy only gets 1.5 million for their partial promotional services.

The truth of the matter is, casual fans only care about the main card and neither Floyd nor Maidana are Golden Boy contracted fighters. They're both Haymon fighters, and Floyd being part of Mayweather Promotions. That's it.

So technically if they really wanted to, they could have went on with the rematch on PPV strictly under Mayweather Promotions and done it in New York, where I believe Ellerbe has obtained a promoter's license. Then they could have put on a decent undercard featuring Bey, Love, and Arias. I'm sure other Haymon/Non GBP fighters would have loved to fight on it too.

Sponsers and networks wanted to be associated with Oscar De La Hoya because he was such a huge crossover start.
Not sure many sponsers are going to be lining up to be associated with Floyd and all the drama he brings. Here is a guy that is the #1 draw in the sport yet has no endorsements to speak of. I don't ever see a company that Floyd is involved with doing anything in the sport.

You really don't know even what you're saying at this point do you?

His fights aren't promoted by Golden Boy, they are CO promoted by Golden Boy. It's Mayweather Promotions in conjunction with Golden Boy Promotions, who by the way usually only have a handful of fighters that actually represent them on these major PPV cards.

And it's actually Golden Boy that gets a check from Haymon, it was $1 million for the promotion services but Oscar since raised it to $1.5 million since Schaefer left.

Reading may not be your strong suit, but look around the ring next time around. There's a reason "Mayweather Promotions" and "TMT" is plastered all over the ring.

He'd get a guaranteed exclusive contract with BET.
