Why Does Andre Ward Not Move Up to 175lbs and fight Sergey Kovalev?

Because that really don't solve his problem, first off of all, who are we kidding here...Ward vs Kovalev is not a big fight, big money fight or a PPV Fight. Kovalev is not a star or a draw in the US just yet but he is trying to BUILD towards it.
After Kovalev 175 then what? Is a great question considering the fact that lets be honest he is with HBO at the moment, B-Hop, Stevenson are all on Showtime. So he would run into the same situation that he is in now in after 1 FIGHT AT 175! He might as well wait for Chavez Jr or GGG to move up, maybe a younger guy like DeGale or J'Leon Love, Groves, Oosthuizen can emerge and come after him I don't know but he is in a horrible situation.Comment

"I am ready to fight the best 168- and 175-pounders that are out there," Ward told ESPN.com in a recent interview. "At this point, a big fight at 175 is interesting to me. I don't want to go up just to go up. But for the right fight, for a big fight, I would go up. I'm willing to fight anyone at '68 or '75."Comment

Basically the moral of the story is that both GGG and Ward fans need to STFU about people ducking their guys.Comment

Ward is all talk. He never sent an offer.... He's calling out Golovkin while In the middle of a lawsuit, no promoter and semi-retirement
Just like Quillin saying he would fight him after he can hide behind the network disputeComment
