Heavys need a good wrestling/grappling foundation otherwise they've got a very slim punchers chance, its all well and good being a giant but not knowing how to use that weight to your advantage makes it useless & even poss a hindrance.

No world ranked boxer in his prime, at heavyweight or any other, has ever fought in the octagon, only shot boxers who couldn't hack it in the ring any more - Mayorga, Mercer, Toney.
It's my opinion that most world ranked boxers, with a little training in defending take downs and submission holds, would destroy most MMA stars their own weight, especially if the rule outlawing downward strikes to the back of the opponents head or body was removed. This includes Fury and Cain.

Have you ever watched Fury fight? The gloves get in his way. He has a strangle hold with a follow up right that is just plain murder. The man knows how to use his body.
