He tried to do the same sucker punch move with Mosley as well when sugar came in to tough gloves in the beginning of a round.
Even still, protect yourself at all times.
Still to this day i have no idea why Ortiz never reacted after that first punch. He is an elite boxer, your instincts should take over at that point and defend yourself. I doubt Floyd hits harder than some shots he took from Maidana or Berto...

That is a fact. But Most of the criticism on Floyd is folklore. In fact, I would say that 100% of it ALL is folklore except for the fact that he ducked Pac.

Im not thrashing his skill set. But its plainly obvious that he ducked certain fighters, or fought them later in their career (why did cotto fight mosley first instead of mayweather, if, according to you, mayweather was leagues above cotto). Floyd has you all brainwashed. I feel sorry for you.

Can't lie... That was a great and hilarious end to a fight ever right down to the Larry Merchant post fight interview. Man the Mayweather Ortiz fight have laughs for days.

Its not plainly obvious its not even a fact. LOL You just want it to be. Floyd was gearing up for a fight with Hatton at the time Cotto and Mosley was fighting dummy lol
