I find it hard not to believe him, Did you see the size of Foreman? He would b!tchslap everyone of todays HW's including both K bro's in their prime.

He just had tremendous weight behind his punches and if someone like Tyson fought him, he'd simply just be unable to hurt big George.

George has been hurt before and knocked down... and I'm not talking about the Ali vs Foreman fight.

            So have Wladimir.

In fact, he's been down 12 times and knocked out 3 times by limited opposition.

To those saying Rid**** Bowe punched harder than Foreman.

Watch them both fight Pierre Coetzer. Bowe put a beating on him, nut never menaged to really hurt him despise throwing everything at him. Foreman dropped him like a sack of potatos with arm-punches that didn't seem to have much behind him.

The thing is, Foreman was a monstruous puncher. But he wasn't as accurate as other guys, even in his prime, but the fact that he still knocked fools out with punches to the top of the head, temple, forehead etc etc, makes it even more impressive.

                Did I say Wladimir wasn't?

My point was IF Mike Tyson fought Foreman there would be a chance of that bull of man in his prime hurting Foreman.

I'm not dis*****g the fact that Foreman is a big puncher I just have my doubts on him being the hardest hitting heavyweight ever.

Big George is a "heavy handed" puncher! Meaning if the shot is short or long or to the head or body he has an effect on you like a hammer. Sometimes bigger than other but his punches feel "heavier"!

I've said this a few times on the forum ....I worked pads for Tyson when he was 15 yrs and when he was 19yrs. I worked with Ernie Shavers and a fellow named Kenny Schmidt who had equal power but Ernie was the "harder" hitter out of the three that I know personally. Tyson had speed coupled with his torque. Cus taught him how to generate power with correct arm angles and using his shoulders down to his feet.
Ernie had a lower center of gravity and had terrific thigh muscle that he used along with a very thick chest & back. At 6' 215lbs he had great reach and generated big punching power.
                    Ray.
