I'm willing to take it on the chin when my fighter loses, whether I think he rightfully won or not (which I do in this case). Like I said, it comes with the territory. But let's keep it within reason. Even if Canelo KOed Lara in the first, there's a limit to the shit one can talk. It's not like you get free license to talk trash for all eternity. You've got dudes here that still brag about Sanchez-Gomez FFS. lol As it is, Canelo-Lara was a close fight with a very debatable decision. The clock is quickly running out on bragging rights.
Oh most def. I've moved on pretty much already, I don't currently have a fight scheduled that I'm gung-ho about like that fight, none of these up coming fights are "my guys." But I'm interested in a few of them

Canelo-Lara was a big fight for us hardcore guys. It was to determine the best guy at 154. I'm hoping the Floyd fight provides some thrills.

Cuban Boxing is growing at the moment, as more of the TOP GUYS Defect and come and try to make a name for themselves.

Gamboa despite losing to Crawford, he still is exciting and he was still getting criticized for every little thing and had a tough time getting on TV and getting Big Fights even when he was with Top Rank

Some people especially here in the US have this natural "HATE" for Cubans because of US Political Issues with Cuba. You will never hear someone like Jim Lampley or Larry Merchant be biased towards a Cuban fight that is for sure!

Cuban Boxing is growing, not going away anytime soon.

Us Cubans are taking heat right now. I'm cool with it...it comes with the territory. You play, you pay. But within reason. It's one thing to punish someone; it's another to grind them into the dust.

lol Those cats are lucky I'm not as young as they are. 'Cause when I was their age, I was relentless about shit like this, too. lol But then I did what smart dudes do as they get older, I learned. You don't kick people when they're down. At least not for too long. The day invariably rolls around when your turn comes up.

I'm becoming and old fart, I grew up without internet, social media and smart phones so I'm new to all this.

I wouldn't be surprised if these "gladiators" of the sport wished they could box that well. Especially in the later ages when the after effects of boxing start to show up.

                      I know, right?

Your mother must be some Mexican maricon. To think, all these years I've been getting blown by some Mexican ****** posing as a Boriqua whore. :*******: I feel so dirty now.
