Here's why Khan should fight Thurman (post-Fight commentary about a fight with Julio Diaz):

"I had it a draw, but with the sixth and the 12th even, and two 10-8 rounds to the Mexican, so there was little in it either way. However, the loser will feel aggrieved on two counts: first, that he started too cautiously and second, that he did not receive full dividend for his domination of the second half of the contest."

Marcos Villegas caught up with Julio Diaz last night after his loss to Keith Thurman, and the 34-year-old fighter says he’s most likely going to retire.

"I expected the power, and I felt, OK, he has power, but with my experience, I know how to roll with the punches, minimize the impact and so forth, and rough him up a little. But he's so awkward, so unpredictable, you can't read him. He comes from every angle with bombs. Every shot is a bomb. And every time he caught you -- I wasn't able to regroup. I started feeling better, and then that rib shot, that just really killed me there."

What are you trying to prove? Oh Khan got KO'ed big deal??

Manny Pacquaio was knocked Out Cold too early in his career and then was Put to sleep by Marquez in Style, whats your point??

Khan got caught with a Monstrous Hook on the neck that could've knocked anyone down but Khan got up like a warrior and was stopped by the ref later in the fight.

So people are now comparing Julio Diaz that fought Khan (coming off a draw against Porter) to Julio Diaz that fought Thurman (coming off 2 fight losing streak against Khan and Porter Rematch) yeah right.

That they had a common opponent in Diaz. Khan had a really tough go, and Thurman stopped the guy. UK fans should know who Julio Diaz was. As the writer says:

Amir Khan survived an early knockdown and a late onslaught to eke out an unconvincing points win over supposedly damaged goods in Julio Díaz, yet he was told within minutes of the decision that his next fight would be for a world title.

On his return to the UK after an absence of two years, the judges gave it to him 114-113, 115-113 and 115-112, but again Khan's lack of one-punch power allowed his opponent to force him into uncomfortable situations. He had the heart but not the hammer.

I had it a draw, but with the sixth and the 12th even, and two 10-8 rounds to the Mexican, so there was little in it either way. Nothing against Khan but why the continued HYPE for this guy and people saying how people are "DUCKING HIM" the gifs are just a reminder of who the *** we are talking about here.

WTF does Pacquiao have to do with anything, Khan never reached Pacquiao level and probably never will with that Chin which is unfortunate because Khan does have the Talent and Amazing Speed but please...STOP WITH THE HYPE until he actually earns it again especially at 147

Diaz came for the paycheque against Thurman.
