Recent Cotto vs Recent Canelo who wins ?

I know this poll was done long ago but since Cotto has been going back to his old ways of hunter not hunted ( but being smart about how he does it). I for one think this fight would end with Cottos hand raised. Esp given the fact that Canelo obvi struggles in the ring against A level opposition. Although Cotto would prob have to KO him or knock him down repeatedly bc even if he were to win every round or at least 8 or 9 w/o question they will still find a way to give fight to Canelo. ( 114-114 Floyd fight , 117-111 Lara fight ). So what are your thoughts?

I picked Cotto by decision, although I COULD see a scenario where Canelo gets stopped. I just think Miguel Cotto is too fast and too skilled for Saul Alvarez. I thought Lara actually won the fight by several rounds.

After thinking it over...I got Canelo Out-Boxing Cotto!

Of course Canelo did not look good against Lara because Canelo is not naturally a "PRESSURE FIGHTER" or a "INSIDE FIGHTER". Canelo is a BOXER PUNCHER and as seen against Angulo when he is able to fight his OWN STYLE, he is a damn good fighter.

Won't have to Pressure or Chase Down Cotto!

So I got Canelo by Decision! Yes Canelo is not the perfect fight but now I think some are just completely underrating him which might actually be a great thing for him because it removes some expectations and pressure off of him. I think Canelo hand speed gives Cotto Problems!

Tough call. Canelo is younger, bigger and faster than Cotto but Cotto is the more skilled fighter.

Cotto by decision but if I were him I'd invest heavily on making sure there's beyond neutral judges even by all means sacrificing some concessions. There's always that 2-1 judging against you when Canelo's around let's not forget especially in the Mayweather fight those judges made that L look good.
