I'm so confused about this whole thing.....So we're Maidana's gloves the first fight light on padding or not???

I honestly haven't really paid any attention to this

Floyd and Ellerbe didn't like the padding placement or something. They basically refused any Everlast MX gloves, Maidana's people pulled out another pair there was no problem with and Ellerbe was still threatening to walk.

Now they're saying no horsehair gloves at all. Total b*tch ****.

No one from Maidana's team had touched them. They were brand new out of the ****ing box. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them, they were exactly the same as the other pairs the commission did allow, they just rejected the first pair because Floyd and Ellerbe were being f*ggots about it.

Spade a spade. Mayweather was shaky about beating Maidana with Maidana's preferred gloves on, or at least the punishment that Maidana could potentially dish out. Had he just spotted Maidana the gloves at least and beat him, this would all be water under the bridge.

The video about the gloves is on Fight Hype. Ellerbe said no to the gloves. Floyd came in, and he said no the gloves. Then the comission guy stepped in and he checked the gloves. He said the original gloves WERE NOT APPROVED because of lack of padding. But they had a secondary pair of MX gloves that were approved, but at that point Floyd started flexing and said no anyway. Both sides did wrong, but it is not as huge an issue as it is being portrayed as.
