I love the boxing culture of Cuba and what they bring to the sport.

Yeah, Lara stunk it up against Canelo but he is better than that. Rigo is a freaking wizard. Gamboa gave us the ballsiest performance of the year. Even the Cuban posters on this site are rock solid (apart from that JSFD26 idiot).

actually i had the fight a draw but 115-113 either way is fine with me...but fact are you cant win a fight running away... he landed 10 more total punches that is it....the fighter making the fight is going to win and in canelos case that is what happened... lara blew it bigtime choosing to fight that way....thats it

Maybe down the road if they each win a few more fights they ca settle it without the judges.

i think the problem you guys have with this decision is the 117-111 scorecard.. alot of your fellow cuban fans have the fight wide for lara, now if thats not bias i dont know what is... i mean 116-112 lara is just as bad as as 117-111.. the trueness of this all is that canelo won a deserved split decision... let me ask you this doe...if canelo had beaten lara 115-113 across the board would you still be saying ROBBERY?

Probably not. I would put the blame on Lara for not throwing more knowing that it would be tough to get a close decision win. I knew from the get go that he had to win convincingly or he would not get the decision.
