He is going to fight a washed up Kirkland then Cotto when he is a year older. That is a way of ducking, why not fight Cotto 1st while he is more into his prime? And u said Canelo ducks no one.

Maybe it's a business decision, Canelo recently stated he intended to fight on Mexican holidays from now on. Canelo vs Cotto on Cinco De Mayo would give Mayweather a run for his money..........Canelo vs Kirkland not so much.

I don't blame Canelo, he ducks no one, but a fight with Kirkland will be only good because the action (till it lasts) otherwise I don't see that so competitive, Canelo is a good counterpuncher, Kirkland is a tailor made fighter for him.

How Come Neither Cotto Nor Canelo Mention GGG???

Because when the dust settles, Gennady will remain Champion above them all and for some time . Quillin won't fight GGG. Chavez Jr seemed to have promoter problems, which seems to always be the case when you don't want to fight someone.... Same excuse Floyd gives for not fighting Manny. Gennady could reign for as long as Hagler did. He's no nonsense, no celebrity, just trains hard and fights often; that's very credible.
