If this fight goes down the tank it won't hurt my feelings one bit... 1.5M would've been fantastic especially when you add in a cut of the PPV. I guess if he thinks he'll get more $$ somewhere else then he's already suffering dain bramage and should probably avoid getting punched in the head by Pac for the best anyhow...

Algieri not willing to sell out to the cherry picking fraud. Algieri knows he will be at a disadvantage being forced all the way up to 147 and would be putting his perfect career on the line. Algieri is aware they need him more then he needs them do to them not having any more cherry picks for Pacquie the fraud to take advantage. Alvarado will be now in the running if Algieri falls through.

Time to seriously re-consider giving Marquez 50/50 or fight Abregu @ 147. There's no way to justify a fight with Mike Alvarado. Alvarado has lost to Rios, Provodnikov, and Marquez, and is 1-3 in his last four fights.

marquez had an argument for a bigger cut but turned down an immediate rematch with more money and turns around and gets schooled by bradley whom pac has beaten twice. You have to strike while the iron is hot. Marquez did the same thing a few years ago before their first rematch. He fought Chris John instead for 25k and loses.

I was just told by a good source that this promoter guy Joe DeGuardia wants to take 60% of Algieri's purse! =0. No wonder Algieri doesn't want to take the fight. Go to China to fight Pacquiao on his home turf and have a VERY hard time getting g a fair decision even if he wins and give his scumbag promoter 60% **** that!!! The fighter should get paid not the ****ing promoter. That's just disgusting.

Manny and JMM have fought 4 times, 1 draw, 2 decisions by Manny, and 1 KO by JMM. That should at least get Marquez 60/40. However, JMM is way more important to Manny now. Arum will not be able to justify matching Alvarado vs. Pacquiao. No one even likes the Algeri matchup. Algeri fought the same fight as Lara did this weekend. How many people are willing to pay to see Lara again? That's what's special about JMM. Manny can't find a bigger draw than JMM, especially if he can't fight any Al Haymon fighters.
