2. "Manny's only options..." - Please tell me what JMM's options are.
It took JMM 40+ rounds to beat Manny and his fans are making it seem like some sort of great win. It was a great KO, but JMM was 0-2-1 AND getting the ****ing **** kicked out of him prior to that punch. Ask Sergio Martinez how much more money he made for KO'ing Paul Williamsm or Donaire putting Vic to sleep. A KO doesn't earn you more money, getting more buys does and JMM doesn't do that, period.Last edited by Beater_of_ass; 07-14-2014, 12:33 PM.

With the type of heart Algieri has he knows he's going to get pummeled and wants a payday for it. So in that case, **** this fight. Don't make it Bob.
God damnit we want Floyd-Pacquiao

OK, Rios got 4 million. Now granted Rios has a bigger name, but Algieri is coming off a win. A big upset win. He's hot right now. Plus, based on the comments on this forum regarding this fight, one would think that this PPV would not be a "best sellar". For all we know, his percentage off the PPV does not kick in unless they do over a million buys.
Although the 1.5 sounds good to our broke asses, it's really a s/ht offer based on what pass Manny opponents received.
I think Algieri would accept the fight for 2 mil without the PPV percentage. But I'm just speculating like most folks.
