What is really antipathetic for me in Lara and his teams trash talk is they don't praised themselves but they try to take all the credit from Canelo. They also trying to suggest that Canelo choice to fight Lara wasn't a brave or nice gesture. I hope Lara will get KTFO. I like the cuban style and I like cuban boxers such as Rigo or Gamboa, but not Lara with his constant butthurt and with his tasteless trashtalk.

Lara's trainer does have a point, but also, as some poster mentioned gotta take that into consideration too. The same Angulo that fought Canelo wasn't near as bad as the Angulo that fought Lara, Lara took something from him that night. However, Canelo did, infact, take Trout's coveted "0" from him, and whether someone believes it or not that's something every fighter who had came as far as Austin had would not have given up easily..

Rigo and Gamboa often sound just as bitter and jealous as Lara. It's somewhat understandable given their circumstances, but it's really annoying and one of the main reasons I don't support them.

The same can be said about Trout. Canelo took his 0 and his confidence. By the time Lara got to Trout, he was a shell of the man that fought Canelo.

Talk all you want about Lara , but the truth is the truth and Shields has a good point about the Anngulo that fought Canelo. Only blind people or Canelo nut huggers could not see that from the first round on Angulo had nothing.
Still we are comparing two different boxers. Canelo will no pressure Lara like Angulo did. It is no his nature. And Lara is not going to stay in front of him so Canelo can unleash his combos.

All in all may the best man win , but I think it's going to be a long night for Canelo.

My immediate feeling about this fight was the Alvarez will win, perhaps easily. But then I considered the outcomes of the Trout and Angulo fights and it really starts to look like a toss up. Throw in the Mayweather fight (and Canelo's obvious problems with boxers -- well, that boxer anyway), and I start to give the edge to Lara. Then again, Trout is a guy who can move and Canelo destroyed him. Tough to call, this one. I think it may boil down to strategy and adjustment: Who can plan better and adjust as the fight progresses.

I'm really tired of Lara's side talking all this **** and I really hope they lose this saturday. I'm not even a big Canelo fan, I like the guy but Lara just needs to STFU, especially if his team is saying crap like this. He looked like **** against Angulo and if it wasn't for Angulo quitting Lara might have lost that fight.
