I'd say Mayweather should definitely be favored over any version of Cotto, but that it's no gimme. Prime Cotto could beat prime Mayweather.

I've always said the welterweight version of Cotto gives Floyd all sorts of trouble, he'd bust Floyd up, he'd hurt him to the body and then pick him off with that jab but I still think Floyd wins...barely. It would have been a great fight, sadly never happened, much like most of Floyd's best fights.

Well, Miguel said Floyd ducked him way back when, like he is ducking Pac now, as he knows Pac would beat him.

Floyd may beat any version, but prefers the easier version of fighters. Beating old DLHs, and old SSM etc etc. He is even contemplating Pac now as well.
Floyd knows he will get credit for beating Pac as he beat Bradley.
