They can't answer that one with a straight face. They know that by fighting Manny, Floyd would have made his biggest pay day, yet he refused. Why, if it's supposedly was supposed to be an easy fight for Floyd?

So a man asks a woman out twice. On both occasions the man gets turned down with some bull**** excuses (I'm scared of needles, my cuts aren't healed, I need an outdoor stadium, etc.) The man even offers the woman $40million dollars to go out with him (double what the woman has ever earned in her life). Still, the man is denied. The woman goes out with some other cats, and gets dogged out (robbed by Tim Bradley, Knocked the **** out by JMM). The man goes on to become the highest paid athlete on the planet for 2 years in a row. Now the woman is like, "Baby if you still want that date, all you have to do is call." The man replies:

nice arguments. now give links to everything you have just said- im very sure pacquiao himself havent said those things. i can easily give a link here in boxingscene that they havent agreed to the blood test cut-off date. where initially pacquiao wanted 6 weeks and mayweather wanted 2 weeks. and when pacquiao agreed to 3 weeks (moving toward the middle as basic negotiation goes) floyd move to zero weeks.
40 million flat rate offer is unacceptable to a predicted 200million gross. its 80/20 offer. its an insulting offer to the then no 1 p4p fighter.
since 2009-2014 the alibis keep on changing. blood test- pacquiao agreed.
pacquiao is not relevant- pac is no. 2 welterweight (also no.2 ppv). manny just want the fight for money- same reason floyd is fighting. floyd must leave arum- why he doesn't think of that before his 20 or so excuses or the blood test excuse.

If Floyd really wanted to give what the fans want, he would've fought Pacquiao.

If Manny wanted the fight he would've taken the test, and took the $40 million dollar offer. But Manny said no.

Floyd is just riding on to the sunset since Showtime could not tell him who to fight. He has no more motivation at all for a challenging fight since he has earned his money anyway. To me Floyd is now retired and he is history and he will be remembered for being a plain and simple coward.

its arum who said all that. look at my avatar, that picture was taken on the same arc of the story that you mentioned. mayweather had said himself that koncz went to floyds gym to say that arum is not the one they need to negotiate with.
but unfortunately mayweather's reply is he is not thinking about boxing at those particular time but a week ago he called out pacquiao out on a social media.
