I thought Miadana was very limited. To see him actually controlling the fight in the middle of the ring at times was surprsing to say the least.
Clearly he has gotten better under Garcia. More likely, he was "up" for this fight becaue it was his chance at greatness.
Given what he did against floyd, he clearly isn't as limited as I thought but I am not prepared to say he isn't a bralwer/pucnher. If he can control the middle and counter floyd like he did last time then I may have to change my opinion.
Who in the world is NOT saying Maidana is a face-first brawler? That's exactly what he is. After the first few rounds it was a relatively easy win for Floyd and this time it will be easier.

he's limited. he's only good at swarming fighters and floyd doesn't do well under pressure against guys like that.
maidana doesn't do anything spectacular at all. his hands are slow, his movement is slow, his defense is mediocre and so is his jab. all he knows how to do is jump on guys and throw hail mary punches from weird angles.
