    Mentions Mayweather-Maidana

Maidana is tailormade for Floyd and he looked horrible against a tailormade guy.

Algeiri is a stylistic nightmare for Pacquiao.

So tell me who has a more difficult style to face of the two, you and other people have said Pacman has trouble with boxers who move, Algeiri just beat up the most feared 140 pounder and survived a harsh 1st round, it was similar to how Marquez survived Pacmans early assault and boxed him.

Again who has a more troubling opponent? pacman does, Algeiri is not a small guy he is much bigger than Manny and he won't have to drain himself to 140.

Terence Crawford and Chris Algeiri are two guys who will have the advantage.

This is the opposite of Maidana vs. Mayweather, because Maidana is tailormade for Floyd he is a flat foot slow guy, who Floyd can hold onto.

Algieri is a mover, tons of stamina, he is a big guy, 5 foot 10, long reach, good jab, hard to hit flush. He is Pacman's kryptonite according to what a lot of Mayweather fans say, they say Pacman cannot handle boxers who move a lot.

This is a very dangerous fight for Manny, but Pac also gets props from me for giving Chris a chance, this is like when Barrera gave Pacman a shot at 126 from 122 pounds.

Pacman didn't do jack in 126 and was a champ at 122, and went up in weight to fight for the lineal ring championship against Barrera.

I don't get why some Floyd fans are trying to think this is a cherry pick or horrible match up? when Algieri has a huge chance to beat Pac, he is a bad match up for Manny given what they said about Manny having trouble with movers, and he is much taller and longer than Manny.

This is far from a cherry pick fight, a cherry pick is if Manny fought a tailormade opponent who will just stand there and let him tee off.

WE also know Chris is a live dog, he has a big chance to win and he will fight his heart out, just like he did against the much more difficult opponent in Rusland, Ruslan was tamed by Chris. Chris will give his all he will jab, stick and move and outclass Manny, if Manny wins I will be impressed because like many Floyd fans have said he has trouble with movers.

I would rather see Floyd Mayweather in with someone like Algeiri than Maidana or another slow plodding boxer.
Lolll it was tough to find the sarcasm in that, but once I finally did, it was hilarious. Well done, great joke.

That still doesn't make this a good match-up and it's an absolute farce to put it on PPV.....not that we're paying for it
I agree its not ppv worthy. This why Arum is putting it on in Macau he knows that he will get paid by the hotel casino so he could careless if it does well ppv wise in the states.

But it should be on HBO world championship boxing as a treat to the fans, Oscar used to do a few fights once and a while on HBO world championship boxing during his ppv reign. Like Stevie Forbes that was on regular hbo not ppv.

This should be on HBO not PPV. But Arum will make more money if the fight does 300-500k and it will probably do around those numbers so he will get a few mill that he wouldn't get on regular hbo.

But hey, its Pac, so lets give him all the free pass in the world. We'll do Rios-Pac II after this
How is it a joke of a fight? is it ppv worthy nope, thats the only thing to complain about, but its a dam good competitive fight.

I wouldn't criticize Floyd for fighting Chris, I would give him props too, my main problem with Floyd is he fights mainly tailormade flat foot guys who don't box slick or move, I would give Floyd props if he fought Bradley or Algeiri or someone who can move and box with speed and doesn't just stay still

Algeiri is a style nightmare for Manny, while Maidana is a tailormade flat foot guy for Floyd and he made Floyd look bad.

Algeiri is a difficult fight for Manny if you don't agree you are just trying to get back at those who said Maidana Mayweather was bad, which truthfully yes it was a cherry pick because of the style match up, Devon Alexander out classed Maidana, and Morales with one eye did the same, Floyd seemed to struggle iwth a guy who is supposed to beat easy since he is flat footed.

Algieri on the other hand, is what you and many others say gives Pac trouble, so this is a dangerous fight he is fighting an unknown with a style that gives him huge trouble.

Barrera gave Pac a shot, was that wrong? Or are you just saying this is horrible as payback to respond to those who said Maidana Mayweather was cherry pick?

No way Pacman can pressure Algieri the way Ruslan did, No way Pacman at this stage can catch up to Chris. If he does Pacman deserves mad props for proving the doubters wrong who said he cannot beat a moving boxer.

Timmy is gonna come back strong. Timmy seems to have multiple personalities. He definitely knows his boxing. Has a pretty good boxing IQ. But he's funny promoting his fights sometimes. Acting hard and tough. But he's a good guy, sometimes delusional, but that's Timmy.

I agree, this is a difficult fight for pac. Algieri has the advatage in height and reach as well as someone that moves well in the ring well.
