Calling Bruno the best opponent VK would have faced is proof of how low the argument has dropped against VK.

Johnson would have wiped Bruno, no ****ing doubt, anybody can see that! lol
    As in kingpin? Stop it.

His previous fight was against a shot to **** Tyson who he toyed with.
So why fight a shot Tyson then?

      It's called a convenient excuse.

People didn't really know Tyson was shot before Lewis fought him. It was clear in the ring on the night.

Also, it was two of the three giants of that particular era. Everyone wanted to see the fight, which is why it's still the highest grossing heavyweight fight of all times.

          Why fight a shot Tyson?

Except for the fact that it was the richest fight in the sport and that it had been Lewis' ambition for years to beat him?

It's easy to say you doubt this and that as a fan but as a pro I was in there every day.. I will never really know how some of those guys would have done prime vs prime had they not " fallen through the cracks" yes it's boxing and it happens ALOT in our great sport unfortunately

He said that retirement was a serious option for him after his victory over Tyson. He'd achieved everything he wanted to in the sport. Unified the HW division and beaten every significant guy out there.

He came out of semi-retirement to fight Vitali and still busted his face up
              Semi-retired!!!!!! LOL

Nevermind, I can't crack that thick nugget you've got.

If Lennox was set to retire after the Vitali fight he would have done it right after or announced it beforehand instead of retiring almost the day after the WBC made Vitali the mandatory challenger based on the previous fight.

                End of debate ******.

                  Ooooh... So for money?

Care to explain why he knocked back £30million for a rematch with Vitali...
"Ooh b-b-but he done doe "
                  "Lennox out of shape "

Look at the complete utter bias spouting out of you it doesn't surprise me though...
Very hypocritical, its okay to duck one of his biggest pay-days but its fine for him to fight a washed up past it Tyson?
Ofcourse lets all pretend LL was past it to apply to your pathetic little idea you have

Lennox said before the Tyson fight that he was considering retirement if Tyson wouldn't fight him.

You clearly weren't around at the time despite claiming you "watched boxing since the 80's", otherwise you would have known this.

I think he was referring to himself and had a clear misspelling incident.

However I'm a nice guy and I'll correct it for him.
