      Algieri isn't a great option

But him beating Provo is better than anything Kahn has done since what...2010 when he beat Maidana?

So in 2014 - Algieri is more relevant than Kahn. Kahn has one other good win in his career, and that was Kotelnik, back in what 09? Kahn in 2014 is a barely recognizable name with a shattered chin. At least Algieri is new...with tassles

        Who said that?

I've seen a bunch of my fellow Pac lovers crapping on this fight.

Amir Khan has stated numerous times he wants the fight. De La Hoya offered it to Khan and wanted to make it, Arum said he was interested, only person that said he didn't want the fight was Roach and it looks like it won't happen.

I think Pacquiao would beat Khan but Khan was the best possible opponent out there for him. Most people were interested in seeing this fight happen. The date worked out perfectly for both and Pacquiao goes off and chooses to fighter Algieri. This makes it blatantly obvious that Roach is afraid to put Pacquiao in the ring with Khan at this point, no doubt about it.
          better edit your thread...

roach does not like khan to fight pac or something on that line...see below...

"only person that said he didn't want the fight was Roach"..

so pac wants the khan fight?!

I tend to think fighters aren't scared to fight anyone. They are fighters. They usually leave the decision on who to fight up to their promoters/coaches/management. If Pacquiao was asked whether he would fight Khan I think he would say I will fight whoever they tell me to fight. So maybe I should edit it to say "Pac's team is ducking Khan."

Khan one of the greatest of this era. Completely dismantled future hofer collazo in an upset of the year type fight. Collazo I think was ranked #3 best welterweight by ring magazine at the time.

Why do cowards like Floyd and pacquiao duck this atg hero???

I'm with you OP, khan is becoming the most feared man in boxing.

                well, it's your thread....

just pointed out some disjointed statements from your thread...

and what does pac's team ducking khan means if pac wants the fight...

to put down pac in a bad light? so think again..more deeply...

The key figure is Freddie Roach, he said in an interview that Arum asked him about Khan and he said "No Khan holds too much" Roach knows who Pac will lose to so Roach is the one leading the duck

Wrong. Collazo was ranked #10 best p4p at the time. Who is Provo? Sounds like a sheep herder.

Khan is coming off the best win this year thanks to haymon's atg advising. But mayweather and pac cowards duck him. I used to respect mayweather and especially pac but they keep ducking a legend hero of Britain Pakistan champion of earth khan.
