Rios is just a popular name and a big brawler. He got the PAC fight after getting outboxed by Alvarado who's not a boxer at all when u think about it. Algeri on he other hand is coming off of a great win vs Ruslan. At the time, Ruslan was ducked by JMM, had just made Alvarado quit and almost knocked out Bradley. I think Algeri isn't as bad as Rios and wouldn't lose every round to PAC. I think he gets knocked out but wins a round or two.

That's odd, I don't recall Soto Karass getting a shot at Mayweather.

As far as the catch weight thing, you're gonna have to get with Canelo's people on that one, considering he was the one who volunteered to fight at a catch weight.
