Plus being the foolish hater 50cent is known to be boxing is the last place a clown like him should be around.....
fiddy is a promoter not a trainer. fiddy doesnt have to do anything but set up fights for his fighters.

sr. cant train anyone besides floyd and half of the time thats because jr doesnt really need sr's help at all. look at what he did with hatton. after the 1st round in the corner he was blaming ricky already saying u should have learn this from the start or something LOL instead of trying to calm ricky down, sr. gave up already and was blaming ricky as if he lost the fight already.

Gamboa could use floyd sr.'s help but his decision to go back to 126/130 is going to help him more IMO.

This should be a good fit. Only the people that hate on the Mayweather's will think it is not. Punch resistance isn't his problem when he fought Crawford he got right back up after getting knocked down. It is his defense when hurt that sucks. He wants to swing back and doesn't try to hold so he can get his mind right. Instead he swings for the fences and gets tagged.

Good adjustement for his "D" but I hope he will not lower his punching output, he is one of my favorite fighters and hope he will not turn in to a dull no showman type of guy.

IMO Nacho Beristain will suit his style better with good "D" while keeping his offensive or adding some of those combos of 5 to 6 punches, nacho's own trade mark, I was so exited when I heard Gamboa was fighting in Mexico, I thought he meant fighting with don nacho....but o well Floyd Sr. definitely adds more to his arsenal.

And its funny that he trained a number of boxers but you pull out Hatton who was going to get KO'ed by your hero even if Cus D'amto was his trainer out of your ass.

                    Great idea.

His defense is actually fine, Sr. will just keep him from getting reckless which is when he runs into problems. A smart, patient Gamboa at 126-130 is untouchable.

Agreed. I was thinking that it might be best for him to go the Cotto route by going with Freddie Roach. He has the perfect tools to be a Freddie Roach reclaimation project. I also liked the suggeston that someone made of Nacho Beristain as well.
