Campeon necesitas regresar con El Maestro Salas. No hay nadien mejor.

Champ you need to go back with Salas. There's nobody better than him!

Horrible decision, especially if pops is staying in his corner. There will be a clash of egos between Sr and Sr.

In addition I feel Gamboa is better suited with a trainer that plays to his strengths and at the same time can correct basic defensive flaws.

Then Gamboa Sr better learn to sit his ass down because Mayweather Sr knows what he's doing. It's clear Gamboa Sr doesn't so he better sit back and listen to what Mayweather has to say.

Depending on Gamboa's learning curve and how well he follows instructions, this could be the best thing to happen for him at this stage in his career, a match made in heaven, sorta speak.

Gamboa has proven he's a thinker, and this is just one more example. Just so they figure a way for his Pop and Floydie's Pop to get along and work for the common good of Yuri, this should work out fine.

I agree, never understood why he left him in the first place.

Salas had great chemistry with Gamboa in addition to being a great trainer.
Oner cut Salas' salary in half to 5% when Carlos Gamboa came on board. Salas was made aware of this business decision post PDL fight. Ismael made a tough call and walked away. You don't fuck with a man's money.

                a tough decision.

Wow, people forgot what happens when Sr trains anyone other than his own son.

Don't be surprised if Gamboa gets KTFO where he should be competitive.

Ok. But that's not going to solve his problem. His punch resistance is the problem. That and his ******ity.

I completely agree. Floyd Sr will teach him just that. Some here will hate on him because they don't like him as a person but you can't deny the man's talents and experience.
