I think Canelos face looks a bit ****** in but I wouldn't say he's drained...yet.

We will see on Friday how he looks, he will probably look like a ghost. Time to eat lettuce for 3 days.

I wish the Boxing community had more knowledge on how the weight cutting process worked. Check out a dude called Mike Dolce and see what he's doing for MMA fighters right now. It's awesome, they always make weight and are eating/drinking all the time whilst still dropping weight. It's insane how they've perfected it pretty much. A lot of it came from wrestling where they cut HUGE amounts of weight at short notice. You have guys like Sonnen cutting from 235 to 185 in not a huge time and Hendricks from 220 to 170.
